Meet Dr. Gita Tajick - Dentist



Dr. Tajick is a 1997 graduate of Howard University. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Southern Maryland Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the World Clinical Laser Institute. Dr. Tajick has attended a comprehensive training program to become certified and proficient in the various requirements necessary for treating patients with Invisalign, the clear way to straighten teeth without braces, using Aligners. She has also completed her training in Conscious Sedation Dentistry and is a member of the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. With her conscientious and thorough manner, her ability to put people at ease, and her friendly outgoing personality, it is easy to see why patients enjoy their visits to our practice.


Meet Dr. John Tran - Implantologist and Prosthodontist

Dr. John Tran received his dental training from the University of Maryland - Baltimore College of Dental Surgery after earning a bachelor’s degree in Zoology from the University of Maryland at College Park. Dr. Tran received his Certificate in Prosthodontics while also obtaining a Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences. Following his residency at the University of Maryland, Dr. Tran attended Loma Linda University's Center for Implant Dentistry - Fellowship in southern California. Dr. Tran is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists (ACP), is a member and Associate Fellow in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID). Dr. Tran is involved with various volunteer organizations such as Hope for Tomorrow and Operation Smile medical/dental missions.


Meet Dr. Robin Pollack - Periodontist

Based on her belief that periodontal care should be accessible to everyone, Dr. Robin Pollack places importance on establishing a trusting relationship with patients and with her dental team. She provides personalized care to her patients because each patient’s needs are unique. Dr. Pollack stays active in local and national dental professional organizations, through which she is continuously exposed to the latest advances in the specialized fields of Periodontics and Implantology. She is a longstanding active member of The American Academy of Periodontology, and is also an active member of the Greater Washington Academy of Women Dentists (GWAWD) and the Chinese Dental Study Club. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Maryland, College Park, Dr. Pollack graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1984. She went on to do her post-graduate residency in Periodontics at New York University College of Dentistry, graduating in 1986 with her Certificate in Periodontics. Dr. Pollack is a seasoned practitioner with extensive experience in New York, Maryland and Virginia. Dr. Pollack is married with two adult children who are also in the medical field.
